"Hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Balkon und herzlichen Blick auf den Wörthersee. Frühstück hat es an nichts gefehlt, besonders zu erwähnen war das sehr freundliche Personal in allen Bereichen. Der Badesteg war Traumhaft schön . Velden ist fußläufig in 10 min zu erreichen. Können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Hallenbad und ein Pool ist auch sehr schön, haben wir aber nicht genutzt"

"Very clean , easy check in, the downside is there was no a/c and it was extremely hot in the room, opening the window helped but difficult to fall asleep with all the noise from the street. If You can manage to get a room on opposite side of the road that would solve the problem Thnx"

"The customer service at this hotel was terrible! To simplify to a couple words "They didn't give a s***". 1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight. We were lucky enough to walk down to the dock and the boat was thankfully still running. BUT if the boat had not been we would've had...
